The Old Boys Golf Day hosted in aid of charity
We would like to thank the family of the late Lionel Johnson and organisers for their generous donation of R10,000.00 from the proceeds of their 22nd annual Old Boys Golf day held last year on 16 July at the Umhlali Country Club. Each year an increasing number of old boys from local and Zimbabwian schools battle out historical rivalries and reaffirm ageless camaraderie on the golf course. In doing so the legacy that Lionel Johnson has left lives on as school teams and friends compete for golfing supremacy.
