The lights are on, the coffee is brewing, and the energy at The Players’ Fund office is electric! We are officially back in our home base at SARU house, and it feels incredible to be working side-by-side once again.
Being back in the office means more than just a change of scenery—it means more collaboration, more innovation, and a renewed drive to serve our community. We are thrilled to report that our Recipients continue to receive world-class care, and our team is working around the clock to ensure they have every resource they need to thrive.
With a calendar full of exciting fundraising events just around the corner, we are hitting the ground running. See our events calendar here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DT9sJXPAhTm/.
Kicking off our events in style, we welcome our 19th iteration annual Dinner with the DHL Stormers on 25 March 2026, hosted by Kelvin Grove. An awesome evening of fun and philanthropy awaits! Project 13: We are excited that the “Mermaids” are again swimming for change, this time a 72km relay swim for our latest 13 year old Recipient, Leandro Jantjies from Saldanha Bay. Needless to say these heroines are close to their target! Follow our social media platforms for more and/or donate below via Givengain. https://www.givengain.com/cc/project-13-waves-of-hope-32168/
We’re energized, we’re focused, and we’re more committed than ever to our mission of empowerment and support.
And on another exciting note, we have refreshed our logo!
The season ahead looks bright—thank you for being part of the team!
