Thinus Van Wyk was just 16 years old when he broke his neck playing prop for Windhoek Hoër Tegnies on 11 June 1997, leaving him with a C6/C7 spinal cord injury. Despite this life-changing setback, Thinus showed incredible determination. He completed his matric soon after his injury and today works for Geka Pharma in Customer Care Sales. With a headset and one strong, functional finger, he flies through processing orders that come in via voice IP — a true example of resilience and adaptability.
